Today is likely to be the last day of the summer sale. Did you buy anything? It´s anonymous and you can pick up to 3 options.
Why should I buy more now? The poll asked me why I don't by more. Just very little reason to buy. Not enough participation in ranking and non-ranking in multiplayer. When I first join ranking was full. Now? Very little help at the help desk. You write them and send in your logs, and no one writes back. I ask them to fix things, and nothing happens. Just very little customer service. I do get some help from the forum though. But I got some of my threads locked up in the past because someone thinks my problems with the game are trivial etc. They might be trivial to them but means something to me and maybe others. In the past, shut up and just drive etc. I would like some more customer service at the help desk when I have questions or complaints. Some people may feel that some questions or problems are not for the forum. Just no reason to go beyond the starter pack in Nash's point of view right now. This is not a rant. Just Nash's reasons for not to buy more now. Like to see more liveries on some cars. On some of the rookie's servers two or more of the same cars and tracks in one week. Why? One server is not full. But in the big picture of all things about RRE it's still a dam good game. I do understand of the rough times in the last couple of years. But give me a reason to go beyond the starter pack now. Like to see the employees of RRE be more active in the forum. Be more transparent. I do see a couple of them in discord. Which means more in customer service? Discord or forum or the help desk? Just being honest why not to buy more now. "Nash"
- Other item(s) e.g. Individual car(s) or livery(ies) or track(s) Hyundai Elantra; a couple of tracks which I tried during free period recently; a few more liveries for cars I already owned.
I own every circuit, bought the premium pack long time ago, so I just bought the WTCR21 and some other liveries.
I bought Spa. It is the one European track that I really enjoy in ACC so I bought it in R3E. I own all the North American tracks which interest me because I have drove a couple of them in RL. Even though I am a longtime user of Raceroom (user name Rampage Racing), I just have not been driving R3E much since the FFB was updated because my entry level wheel does not provide much in the way of FFB since the changes.
