    Bought the Complete pack last year, its cheaper to make a new account to get the latest 2 tracks and a few cars with all their liveries...

    The shopping cart seems to be broken, I hit pay in Euro, which is the only option, hit confirm, and... nothing... permanent waiting... not taking me to steam to pay like usual.

    Maybe you turned off Steam overlay in games? Anyway, you can buy stuff from your regular browser, go to https://game.raceroom.com/store/ login there and buy what you need. Unless your browser also blocks pop-up windows, of course...
