R3E is by far my favorite title but I have a problem that I can't work around. Help please. After 45 minutes of game play, it doesn't matter if I am racing AI, online, practicing or anything else, after 45 minutes it crashes to the desktop. The game completely closes and my Fanatec wheel locks. There is no error code shown or logged. Everything is up to date, I have changed all the graphic settings to the minimum in hopes that it would help. I completely deleted R3E and all related files and then redownloaded. Still crashes. iRacing and Automobilista 2 run perfect. Here is what I have; Intel® Core™ i5-12600K 10-Core 3.7GHz 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3200 MHz (max speed) Windows 11 GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti graphics card Specture curved 49" monitor dual GHD Fanatec DD2 w/Inverted V3 pedals The only additional software that I run is the Crew Chief app, R3E crashes if I use it or not.
It seems something kills Raceroom if it is always at the same time. Go to Eventviewer -> Windows protocolls -> Application. There should be an error at the time Raceroom crashes. In the message should be something involving rre.exe.
Same issue occuring with me. I run 30 minute races, and workaround is to close RR after each race. I did browse the event logs, applications, but no entries at times of crash.
