Problem “I have problems launching a public server”

Hello! Can anyone help me with this? I’m trying to launch a server in RaceRoom. I use the dedicated server program, and I’m able to configure the server and launch it. On the server’s website, it shows that the server is active. When I enter the game, my server appears in the community servers list. However, when I try to connect to it, I get a message saying that there is no response from the server. Can anyone help me, please?
