AI difficulty level. How much faster is the AI if you set difficulty x% higher?

    Hello,
maybe someone has some data about my question.
Simple example. Porsche 991.2 Cup at Dubai. AI at 97%. In race (15 minutes, 9 opponents, so not much traffic, meaning any AI driver could get at least one clean lap) I had the fastet lap 2:06.4. Fastest AI 2:06.8.
Now my question. How much faster would the AI be at 98% or in general with with 1 or 2% higher or lower difficulty?
    My general aim is:
I do race weekends and make a custom championship and note down points in a sheet. And I want to have competitive races, where I can finish on podium if all runs fine. Adaptive AI does not really work. It inceases AI strength for a combo, even If my fastest lap was 1 second slower than the slowest AI driver.
If I do a next race at Dubai with the 991.2 Cup, cause 97% were slightly too easy, should I set it to 98 or even higher.
I basically know that my pace in 991.2 Cup is between 94-98% but If I start next race at e.g. imola at e.g. 96% and my fastest lap is e.g. 2 seconds faster, what should I set at next race at imola?
I hope you get my point.
My time for such testing is limited, that is why I ask.

Ive never collected data on it and most of my ai driving is just practice sessions but based on those and my gut feeling, for a standardish track (so maybe 90-120 second lap times) id usually try something like 3-4% higher ai strength if i want them to be around 1 second faster. But if anybody knows better feel free to listen to them instead :D
