Hello, the last two hours, i cant join a race. I can do the registration, see the preparing, but the join is not possible. Are you facing the same problems? Is there a website with the server status? Thx for your help. best regards Chris
There were some problems during the night that should be fixed, especially after the maintenance this morning. You may try again now.
Weird, I was able to get into the game but as soon as I try to get into a race a "Something went wrong" message shows up and I have to go to the desktop.
Devs were informed yesterday around midnight, and as soon as they get to work in like 2 hours, it will be working quickly again.
CANNOT OPEN RACEROOM RACING EXPERIENCE SHOWS "Backend Servers Ended" or "Portal Services Unavailable"
There is a discord thred with many possible solutions to portal service unavailable. A user summed them all up and i'll copy his message here: I think most of the guys tried to: - Closing and reopening (Works for me 100% the time, but I don't wait until I get the "Portal services unavailable" error - as soon as the game loads the splash screen with the cars and the Build nr. in the bottom left and hangs there for more than 10-15 seconds I hit Alt+F4 to close Raceroom and start it again immediately. Normally that splash screen is visible for about 3-5 seconds.) - Using a VPN when starting the game - Starting the game as administrator / Not as administrator - Starting the game not using the icon on the desktop but from inside the Steam Library (using the big green PLAY button) - Check the integrity of game files - Reinstall the game or even Steam itself - Reinstall OS - Taking the game off of a usb hard drive. Put it on the actual computer rather than a usb hard drive.
