When ever AI wrecks here, the next time I go around track the wheels are NOT seen, but if I run over that area I will have a major crash. Does not seem to happen every time I don't think, but it happens quite a bit. Here is a recording of the in game replay view.
Yes, I had this issue yesterday also (with DTM 2020 cars). Reported to S3, I'm sure they'll fix it soon.
