There isn't anything known at the current time. As you might have heard, in real life the WTCC isn't existing anymore and will be replaced by the WTCR this year. So the chance that there will be an official Championship in cooperation with Eurosport based on last years WTCC-Cars is very small IMO. But who knows what is happening in the background at the moment. Maybe we will see a WTCR eSport-Championship this year?!
All the announcements about our official championships will follow at a later stage. I am sorry, as you can imagine, it has been a difficult situation with the end of the real FIA WTCC and the switch to TCR. But we are working on good solutions here - and we will run official championships for sure in 2018. I can just not go into detail yet.
WTTC or WTTR, no problem I'm enjoy it!!!! Season 2017 has be very interesting and amazing. I hope Raceroom Team organize a great championship like last year. Thanks for the answer and sorry for my bad english XD
TCR is the name of a touring-car-class and defines the technical rules for it. Key-Rules: 2.0l Turbo-Engine with around 350HP and only Front-Wheel-Drive allowed. A BoP should balance all cars on the same level. WTCR is the successor of the WTCC which had it's last season last year.
