Single Player Ballast Feature, an idea that could solve a lot of the issues with single player championship simulations. As we all know, not every series has AI performance that reflects reality. For example, if you run a WTCC season, you can easily see Citroën (which dominated for years) being beaten by Lada or Chevrolet. Or take DTM 2024, where Ferrari—especially the car driven by Jack Aitken—is massively faster than the rest of the field. And there are many more examples like this... That’s just how things have always been, ok... but there could be a simple fix. If we had the option to assign ballast to each AI car in the “Select AI Opponents” menu, it would solve the problem. Just adding 50 kg or 100 kg to the unrealistically fast cars would be enough to bring the whole championship back to a more realistic level. And for those who enjoy running offline championships, it could also be used to introduce success ballast based on previous race results, or create a manual BoP. I guess it will probably never be implemented, but it actually seems like something that could be done without too much difficulty—especially compared to features like rain or night racing. And for those who aren’t interested, it could simply be ignored. Thanks to anyone who made it this far.
I would like to have the opportunity to have different race lengths within a custom championship season, i.e. I would like some races to be three hours long, others four, some maybe even five. Plus it would be great to be able to set a different AI strength for each track within a championship. Edit: Oh, and also some tracks have a slightly too low number of AI cars allowed, at least for my liking. It would be amazing to have at least 36 or 38 at each track, no matter which track it is.
Spicing up Feature and Weekly Races by adding Mandatory Pitstops (and/or by adjusting fuel consumption/ tire wear) for Classes where Pitstops are part of the original race series (GT3, DPI/LMP, LMDH, DTM a.s.o.). It brings more tactical finesse and in case also separates the men from the boys
Seeing that Fanatec is about to give the CSL-DD and GT Pro DD users some form of FullForce. Probably a watered down version... Who knows? Just wondering if KW Studios could get a hold of thet Fanatec API and hook a bortha up?
It would be wonderful to have a complete redesign of all the advertising boards at all the tracks. They are repetitive, monotonous, have aggressive colors, and are totally different from what we see on the real tracks. I think the graphic quality is so poor that it destroys the immersion of the environment. Keep the same sponsors but use better colors, shapes, and variations.
