Use this opportunity to try different tracks and also the old Porsche GT3 R that you can't test drive or buy (unless you bought it years ago when it was still available).

Wait, has Vrp gone up in price too? I could swear it was 65 euros for 10k vrp before, 35% off, right?

Yeah, 7500 is now 5 euros more too. Not sure about other currencies. I guess that means there is almost no incentive to buy vrp than to use steam credit, unless the bulk discount for that has also changed.

The difference between vRP packs and Steam went down, but it's still there for those who can choose between these two ways of paying. Upto 50€ the difference is minimal, maybe a couple Euro at best.

Also, this is how vRP prices changed:
    Code:
    vRP Old New
      500 4.49 4.49
     1100 9.49 9.89*
     2000 16.99 16.99
     5000 34.99 39.99*
     7500 49.99 54.99*
    10000 64.99 74.99*
7.5k pack has the highest discount now.

    I made a couple graphs.

Discount size, Steam (blue line) vs. packs (colored dots):

You don´t happen to know how much more new content has been added to the PP since it was released, do you?

I reckon this is the moment to update the Pro Pack and put some newer Gt3s, DTM 95, wtcr 22 and some of the newer tracks in the mix. That way there would be an incentive to buy ir for those who already own the PP and don´t want to go picking through individual items one by one..... @J-F Chardon

No, unfortunately. I don't even know if Premium pack was added at some point or was there from the beginning. The only thing I heard about early days (and saw a couple screenshots) is that Silhouette cars were a paid content.

Nov 15th 2016 was the launch date and it cost 10kvrp. Without a fine toothed comb that means all the WTCRs, all the Gt3s since then, all the Porsches and about 25 or so tracks, so perhaps 50% more than the original content, depending on whether we count liveries as cars.
Back then the FRJ was paid content and in the Starter Pack.

Funny that I don't remember it because I started playing not long before that date.

Both 7,500 VRP and euros are not cheap when converted into Japanese yen, as the exchange rate is still terrible.
In particular, when purchasing VRP a 3.75% fee is added on due to the exchange rate.
It would probably be a little cheaper to buy it on Steam.
It's hard to take the money out of your wallet unless there's a sale, and even then you'll lose out if you don't think carefully before buying.

The three main content packs were launched in nov 2016, before that there was a special code to unlock the Pro pack equivalent, it´s on the dev stream from thatyear on youtube. The game is from 2013.
