Resolved Game Stuck on Loading Screen - Resolution

Hey all, I have same issue and tried to reduce MTU from default 1500 to 1492 but the game still hangs. Just gives me this error screen and then when I click on support it takes me to a not available discord page.

Any help would be great!!!

 

I do not want games for which one has to be a software and or network specialist to get it running. I have written to KW support 6 days ago. Not even a reply. The sim ran fine until about 4 weeks ago . Since then I was only able to logon once. Wtf is going on here ? I am not willing to fumble around with internet settings I do not have a clue of. I only know that all other sims and games I have on steam ( about 50 ) work perferctly fine. Only Raceroom is not working anymore and not willing to start running as it had for about 4-5 years now without a problem. No help from Steam ( speak to the games dev./ support..) , no help from KW either. So I paid my good money for nothing . Thank you and good bye KW Studios. What a shame.
