Hello, I'm getting kicked from ranked servers while racing without any reason. This is causing my reputation to drop down to 60 every once in a while. I was at rep 88 or so.. The server doesn't give me any reason why i get kicked. Suddenly while driving other people dissappear and after that i know already that i will be kicked as well. Please fix this or give me a solution.
Nope that's what I read on the forums already. It just sends me to the main menu. Last race was on Nordschleife. Was first lap. Only 3 incident points up to that point. My pc is connected via cable and I have a 500mbps connection. Never have any problems with ping or so
Post your game and mw transport logs from a session that crashed Documents /simbin /raceroom Some where in there is a logs folder Andi
The game log i added normally. But i can't upload the MW Transport because it says that the uploaded file is too large for the server. Even thoug it is only 18,5mb. Zipped i also cant add it..
it happened just again... no problems with any game but here. i see people driving with 300 ping and they dont get kicked. its frustrating. is theren a way to get my rep back?
Did you find anything yet? And can I get my reputation back? In my opinion it's quite a harsh penalty for disconnecting on server side..
Okay quite strange if it happens on game dev site... Nowhere I have problems but here. At least give some money back then haha. Just had a ghost race again. Didn't see anyone . That can't be my connection that's really the server. But what did you see in my files?
that does sound more like your connection to the server, than the server having issues - otherwise it would happen consistently for every player in the log files i could not find anything. can you remove the old logs, try again (directly going into a ranked server, not a different mode) and see if you get kicked to main menu again? please let me know which server you connected to (it includesand what time (plus timezone if not CEST) so I can check on the server side
I will try it later this week. It does consistently happen for a lot of players as there are a lot of complaints about it as i searched for it. Yesterday worked perfectly but i saw a lot of comments in the chat about lagspikes and dissappearing cars. As i said: my connection is really good and i'm getting consistent speeds of about 250/300 mbps with a ping between 30-60. It looks like the graphics settings do seem to work on my ping as someone suggested. I lowered the graphics one bit and didn't have problems yesterday. But i still find it's strange to notice as no single game gives me disconnection problems..
