True that, love Gabriels stuff. Bowie also keeps it real...in his special way. Didn't like his electro approaches too much though. Glad there's people like Beck who keep the progressive spirit alive. Think all his stuff is great, but if you haven't heard it, his 2008 album Modern Guilt is just so freakin awesome, every track is brilliant, especially "Chemtrails". (Love the drums) His new album is good, but needs getting into. Here's him performing Bowies Sound and Vision acompanied by 160 musicians surrounding the audience, would have killed to be there. Boy oh boy, music threads always killing me, gotta stop play R3E and post more damn good music, like Beta Bands "Dry the Rain", one of my top 5 songs ever. (Anybody who get's that reference and responds accordingly gets a hug) Beautiful Russian song by KINO - Zvezda Po Imeni Solnce
Another (if not the) all time favourite: Velvet Undergrounds "Oh! Sweet Nuthin" One of the best tracks to drive (fast) to: Daft Punks "Contact" Gets my adrenalin pumpin good (and also works really great in Audiosurf)...
These Toronto guys are a must-hear, almost forget about them - there is more stuff in better quality at YT(on stage and else) but these two vids show that a good musician doesn't need anything then his own superior talent , forget about technology, this is true craftmanship
wow, thats impressive. i've never heard of them and they're practically in my neighbourhood very talented indeed...speaking of which....
Just wanted to share my view on the world we live in through this song! Hope the current generations remember this prophet and pass on/share his wisdom!
