Porsche 944, I would say. It's in the new Starter pack, so it will probably be used on ranked servers from time to time. Mazda DPi is also used a few times a year. And what do you think about Crossle 90f? It probably won't be used on ranked more than like once a year, but I think it's still a lovely, fun car to have. As for tracks, it can be Donington, Daytona, Road America. There's also an option to keep your vRP and wait for Super Tourers release and buy one of the cars. They will probably be used too, although maybe in combination with one of the new tracks, and that might be outside of your budget.
