Since my last purchase I cannot reach the site anymore. Also I have not received a redeem code and I have already sent multiple mails to support but have received no answer yet.
The store is indeed facing problems currently, which are reported and the team is working on it. But as they are just a couple of people, everything takes a lot of time, so also the vrp code mail responds will take much time (especially because currently their focus is on dtm esports).
