Not sure if this is a bug as I've not bought the car yet but on test track I get the headrest when I glance left/right. FOV setting is 0.5 if that helps.
if we can rebuy the premium pack, I think that would make the game a lot more appealing to the players who prefer the retail or DLC style business model. I think the combination of premium packs, experience packs, class packs to buying content piece meal with one car and a couple of liveries would make the game a lot more appealing to everyone. Some people would like to own one car with one livery in a class, some people, like me, would love to own all the content in an upgradable pack. If R3E could pull this off, I think this game would appeal a lot more audience. The price of the premium pack is not too bad, to be honest, I would like to rebuy premium to update my content to the latest content. I'll buy the premium pack once S3 adds upgradable premium packs to the store. Would love to own all the content in one go.
You can move your seat forward to avoid this (bind keys in secondary controller options). Or tweak the following value in your cockpit_driver_view.xml cam file: The cam file can be found here: Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\cars\ktm_xbowrr\Cameras
Thanks Georg, but I know how to move my seat position. I'm very sensitive to driver view as it affects the way the car "moves" around me. Only have this problem with this car but I'll give it another go and see if I can get around it.
Checked again and I'm pretty sure this is not as intended. As you can see from the above image, it's not like I'm sitting in the back seat
I just did some laps on Nords and I have to admit: great little car. As always sounds are outstanding, this hoarse wheezing when reaching the limiter ... With cold tyres, rear is a bit lose, but catchable. As soon you've got a little temperature in them the xbow is getting as precise as an scalpel and laptimes start to decrease. Animation of suspension and steering should be new standard in RR. What is left to be done? Strange shifting behaviour with h-shifter as reported and a small glitch in shifting animation at replays, where the driver always reaches twice for the stick. For me, one of the most satisfying cars in RaceRoom.
I underline every word of your comment. Great car! Very good feeling of what the car is doing. Does anybody know if the problems concerning this strange shifter behaviour have already been tackled? I couldn't find any news on that. Thanks in advance.
If that strange shifting didn't occur i'd actually drive it.. I've done 2 laps or so with it but the strange shifting bug is just so annoying :/ Wish it was fixed, I used to drive it in Assetto Corsa all day.
