Bug Leaderborard laptimes doesn't update

i would like to share the log. but my Raceroom will not start anymore. Reinstell nothing the small startpicture comes and that was it.
I start from Desktop ikon, from the Leaderboard, from Steam nothing will work..WTF.
Im not happy to spend money into this Game.

 

Silly question, but how long did you wait? I ask this because I have noticed that sometimes the small picture stays for several minutes (!), until the game finally starts. Had similar thoughts (does not start anymore,etc.)

 

yes i wait i thing 2-3 minutes than the Error message come,

 

i will try to install the Game to a new Libary on a better NVMe, thats the last i can do

Well, you know, don't get me wrong but mentioning what the error message actually said could make a difference, no?

BTW, there was a Microsoft update lingering (on my box) and I know from experience that this can slow down all kind of things.
You may want to double check.

In this case however, I believe the issue is not with the game per se, but with the game connecting to the backend. The fact that the leaderboard is funky/faulty and sometimes not working at all, let me believe that the game cannot get authorization/settings or whatnot as fast as it used to be. There is a chance that Steam changed something in the API as well, which also means trouble...

 

Do you have some news, did you figure it out?

 

The issue seems to have been solved on every track BUT Paul Ricard.

I got the same issue on Paul Ricard today:

Car: Porsche GT3 2019
Track: Paul Ricard solution 1A
Difficulty: Get real
Old time: none (cause it as been wiped)
New time: 1.53:466

I joined all the .log files

 

any chance you tried any other paul ricard layout?

So i tried every layouts and the issue happens on Solution 1A, Solution 2A short and Solution 3C.

Here's the logs but the game took forever to load the Solution 3C and i needed to kill it so there's not the log from that track:

Porsche GTE for Nürburgring Norschleife 24H logs the lap times again.
Did Norschleife only as well and it showed up on the leaderboard.
Looks like the issue is resolved.

The same issue happened on Paul Ricard Solution A1, Solution 2A - short and Solution 3C keeps happening. I joined the log files but i saw on the changelog that you updated the log system.
Do you want me to join some other files?
