    ROUND 1 - HOCKENHEIM

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:

Ismail Yakubu vs. Cristiano de Sá (Lap 1, Hairpin)

De Sá brakes too late into the hairpin and spins Yakubu.
5 points penalty - Cristiano de Sá

Ismail Yakubu vs. Pascal Wehlein (Lap 3, Exit Mercedestribüne)
Yakubu tries to pass Wehrlein around the outside, who just stays on the throttle and spins Yakubu
5 points penalty - Pascal Wehrlein

Kevin Siggy Rebernak vs. Jack Keithley (Lap 13, Hairpin)
Siggy tries to pass Keithley on the hairpin. On the exit, Siggy tries to pass him around the outside. Keithley went a little deep in the hairpin and holds his car on the left side of the track. Small contact, Keithley stays ahead.
    Racing incident

Kevin Siggy Rebernak vs. Jack Keithley (Lap 13, Mercedestribüne)
Siggy tries to go around the outside of Keithley, who leaves little, but enough room. Siggy and Keithley make slight contact, Keithley stays ahead.
    Racing incident

    ROUND 2 - LAUSITZRING

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Meireles vs. Shaposhnik (Lap 1, first sector)
Shaposhnik plows through half of the field, his car is invincible while everyone he comes into contact with just spins off the road. After the first sector, he disconnects.
After further review, it is clear that Shaposhnik suffered from a connection issue that made all the cars invisible to him. It was a game problem. Shaposhnik had no way of knowing that he made contact with other drivers. Still, it was careless that he kept driving and didn't park his car.
Sorry to all the drivers who were involved in a bad way. That one is our fault.
    Warning – Nikita Shaposhnik

Meireles vs. Westerhof (Lap 4, Turn 4)
Westerhof hits the back of Meireles and spins him.
    5 points – Steven Westerhof

Siggy Rebernak vs. Keithley (Lap 10, Final 2 corners)
Keithley is holding his brakes throughout the final two corners, after the apex, to back Siggy up, to prevent him from getting a good run and letting Kunze catch up. It costs Siggy over a second. Comparing Keithley‘s lines throughout the race, it is absolutely clear that he does this on purpose and it is simply unfair driving.
    5 points – Jack Keithley

Siggy Rebernak vs. Keithley (Lap 11, Turn 1)

Siggy passes Keithley into turn 1 and tries to stay within the track boundaries on the exit, meaning he is quite slow on the exit. Keithley tries to go for the undercut, hits the Kerb and then hits Siggy. The contact itself is not bad and somewhat influenced by Siggy being slow out of the corner, but Keithley goes onto the throttle slightly before the contact and keeps accelerating during the contact until Siggy is turned around. Keithley doesn't brake.
    5 points – Jack Keithley

Kunze vs. Keithley (Lap 11, Turn 2)

After the previous incident, Keithley is recovering from the incident while Kunze is trying to pass both cars. Keithley and Kunze make slight side by side contact, which bounces Kunze on the kerb. Keithley does turn a bit into Kunze, but for this scene, we believe it was the aftermath of the contact before and Keithley trying to recover, and not active blocking.
    Racing incident.

Siggy Rebernak vs. Keithley / Kunze vs. Keithley (Track limits turn 1)
    Lap 2, 3, 4 (minor), 5, 6 (huge), 7 (huge), 9 (huge), 10 (huge), 12, 13 (huge), 15, 16 (minor)
Keithley is cutting the first corner on most of his laps, sometimes slightly but sometimes also significantly, and he is definately gaining an advantage with it.
    10 points – Jack Keithley

    ROUND 3 - HUNGARORING

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Siggy Rebernak vs. Löhner (Lap 1, Turn 1)
Heinemann, Löhner and Siggy all get very close to each other in the braking zone of the first corner, on the first lap. Siggy gets a small tap and gets into a small slide. But these types of contact, especially in the first corner, are normal racing situations that happen all the time.
    Racing incident

Siggy Rebernak vs. Kunze (Lap 1, Turn 1)
Kunze outbrakes himself in the first corner and runs wide on the exit. He doesn't gain time by doing so, actually gives a lot of room for Siggy, and only because of the contact above, gains a position.
    Racing incident

Siggy Rebernak vs. Heinemann (Lap 1, Turn, 8-12)
Heinemann cuts the chicane slightly and goes up the inside of Siggy, who made a mistake though on the exit of the chicane. There is slight contact in the first fast chicane, but that is due to Siggy off line and Heinemann and Löhner also making small contact. In the next fast chicane, Heinemann goes up the inside. He is ahead of Siggy when they make small contact again and Siggy goes wide. Heinemann lets him re-enter the track but keeps the position. Not a clean pass by Heinemann, but there are also many contributing factors.
    Warning – Tim Heinemann

Löhner vs. Heinemann (Lap 2, Turn 2)

Heinemann is a car length behind Löhner before the braking zone, brakes late, hits Löhner off the apex and takes the position.
    5 points – Tim Heinemann

Siggy Rebernak vs. Heinemann / Löhner vs. Heinemann (Track Limits)

5 minor track limit infringements with clearly no time gained, 27 regular track limit infringements, 7 big track limit infringements with a clear time gain.
Even though Hungaroring is a track on which it has to be expected that every driver gets a few cuts due to the nature of the track, this is far too much and not acceptable. Especially the cuts on the outside of the left hander at the beginning of the 2nd sector, and the cuts in the chicane give a significant time gain. We reviewed Keithley and Siggy for comparison and they have far less track limit infringements.
    10 points – Tim Heinemann

    ROUND 4 - NORISRING

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Heinemann vs. Siggy (Lap 3, Turn 1)
Keithley makes a mistake and gets into a slide, Heinemann tries to go for a cutback and slightly taps Keithley, who is slow on the apex. Heinemann gets slowed down by the contact again, so both cars are very very slow on the apex. Siggy, who takes a normal corner, has no chance of avoiding him and taps him once, Heinemann spins. Really unlucky situation for Heinemann but it's not Siggy's fault either.
    Racing incident

Kunze vs. Heinemann (Lap 1, Turn 1)
After startline contact between Keithley and Siggy, 5 cars are really close. Heinemann turns in too early with 2 cars on his inside. There was no real reason to do this, nothing would have happened if he stayed on the outside. Kunze himself is on an extremely aggressive line for the first corner, and he loses out as a result. In the end, everyone survives the corner.
    Warning – Tim Heinemann

Kunze vs. Madsen (Lap 2, Turn 3)
Kunze and Madsen actually give each other room, but Madsen clips the barrier and taps Kunze into a half-spin. Kunze does a really good recovery and only loses 1 place. It's clear here that Madsen did a mistake, but it was clearly not malicious. Still he actually benefits in the end from his own mistake.
    Warning – Nick Madsen

Kunze vs. Heinemann (Lap 5, Turn 1)

This incident looks similar to Heinemann vs. Siggy, but there are several differences.
    - Small mistake from Madsen, smaller than Keithley's mistake.
    - No contact between Madsen and Kunze (higher apex speed)
    - No room between Kunze and the apex (unlike Heinemann, who went for a cutback)
    - Heinemann brakes a car length later than Siggy
    - Heinemann can see Kunze slightly sliding before the apex, and could have backed out.
    5 points – Tim Heinemann
Tim Heinemann has recieved 20 penalty points and 2 warnings this season. Any further infringement will lead to a race ban.

Kunze vs. Williams (Lap 11, Turn 2)
Kunze tries to pass Williams on the outside. Williams' line is quite normal and similar to Heinemann ahead of him, but Kunze makes contact at the first apex. He then gets into a huge slide and gets hit by Banki. Williams does nothing wrong in this scene.
    Racing incident

Kunze vs. Dornieden (Lap 11, Turn 4)
Dornieden locks up and hits Kunze.
    5 points – Alexander Dornieden

Kunze vs. Heinemann (Lap 7, Turn 2)
Heinemann passes Williams, right behind Kunze. Kunze gives Heinemann a bit of extra room, and Heinemann does come close to him, but there is no incident.
    No incident

Kunze vs. Heinemann (Lap 7, Turn 4; Lap 8, Turn 1)
Heinemann makes a ridiculous divebomb in the final corner, but he doesn't make contact with Kunze and doesn't leave the track boundaries. It's a move that is potentially dangerous and that I wouldn't recommend, but there is no incident again. In Turn 1, Heinemann moves to the inside, but he keeps a predictable line. He is slow on the apex and Kunze taps him, but this is not enough for a penalty.

    ROUND 5 - MOSCOW

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Meireles vs. Dornieden (Lap 12, Turn 4)
Meireles gets slightly out of shape in the braking zone, wiggles to the inside and then brakes very hard. Dornieden behind is driving very close and hits Meireles. Both drivers slide off as a result. Dornieden could have avoided the incident by leaving a bigger gap, but due to the circumstances described above, we think a penalty would not be justified.

    Warning - Alexander Dornieden

    ROUND 6 - ZANDVOORT

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell / Georg Ortner

    Attendance:
    Matthew Williams - warning

    Reports:
Rebernak vs. Heinemann (Lap 1, Turn 7)
Heinemann brakes late into turn 7 and hits Rebernak off. We checked the braking points and Heinemann braked later than all other cars in the top 6, while Rebernak's braking point was similar to the other drivers.

    5 points - Tim Heinemann

Tim Heinemann has recieved a race ban for the next round at the Nürburgring.

    Reports:
Maik Richtsmeier vs. Nick Madsen (Lap 1, Start)
Madsen turns to the right to cover Ivanov, clips Richtsmeier and spins him. It's a small misjudgement and very small contact with bad consequences for Richtsmeier.
    5 points – Nick Madsen

    ROUND 8 - SPIELBERG

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Heinemann vs. Keithley (Lap 1, Turn 3)
Jack hits Tim in the braking zone, but there are absolutely no consequences.
    racing incident

Heinemann vs. Keithley (Lap 2, Turn 4)

Jack hits Tim in the braking zone, but there are absolutely no consequences.
    racing incident

Heinemann vs. Keithley (Lap 5, Turn 1 and 2)

Keithley and Heinemann go side by side into the first corner. They leave each other little room. Keithley bounces off the anticuts on the inside and after contact, Heinemann runs wide, but keeps the lead.
Heinemann brakes extremely early for the second corner. Keithley brakes at a normal braking point and moves to the inside. Heinemann turns in a bit early, these two make contact again and Heinemann goes wide. Heinemann goes wide and loses the position.
Heinemann says he wanted to give back time, but first of all, he didn't have to do that, and secondly, you can NOT do that in a braking zone and then turn in early!

    racing incident

Siggy vs. Heinemann (Lap 5, Exit turn 2)
Heinemann rejoins the track, comes all the way over the track and puts Siggy onto the grass.
    5 points – Tim Heinemann
Heinemann is on 30 penalty points. 10 more penalty points will lead to an exclusion of the championship, including the final event.

Heinemann vs. Keithley (Lap 14, Turn 3)
Heinemann goes past Keithley in turn 2 around the outside. Heinemann leaves the track to complete the pass, but Keithley doesn't leave Heinemann enough room to stay on track, so the pass is ok.

In the braking zone, Keithley is on the inside and Heinemann is moving across in the braking zone. Whilst Keithley does not have an overlap, according to rulebook 14.3 it is still forbidden to change your line in the braking zone. Keithley has no way to go anywhere else, hits Heinemann and both drivers lose positions. There would have been no contact without the line change.

    no penalty

    ROUND 9 - HOCKENHEIM 2

Event stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Michael Bell

    Reports:
Heinemann vs. Siggy Rebernak (Lap 12, Turn 2)
On the exit of turn 2, Siggy taps the back of Heinemann, which unsettles the car of Heinemann and eventually leads to him spinning. After the initial contact, Siggy does his best not to take advantage or make further contact, but he still ends up gaining the place.
5 points - Kevin Siggy Rebernak
