I recently switched from an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super to an Intel Arc B580 and the shadows under cars have completely disappeared. I have tried a few different things to no avail. And yes, "Car Shadows" is turned on in settings. It's not the end of the world, by no means, but it's visually unpleasant. Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks!
I heard that it's an issue with Intel GPUs, but not sure I remember if anyone had a solution. You can try a DXVK option in the game startup options on Steam.
RR in DXVK unfortunately does not load and stops responding. I waited for 5 minutes without success. I'm not sure if there is a way to get around that.
When the game doesn't load at this stage it usually means connection issues. If a normal version of the game loads fine, I suggest to try DXVK once again.
