There were some regulation changes going from 2013 to 2014, so the cars should be at least slightly different, it's not just liveries.

Just as a heads up, the thread title still says 2023 when it should be 2024

I started playing this game again, and hope gtr2 and gtr1 can move the geometry to v4. My favourite is m3 gtr2. I understood people like gtr3, but I like all cars without abs.

GTR 1 has been updated with the last patch in september. The list isn't up to date i'd say.

Hello! I'd like to ask if these car classes are runing on the latest v4 suspention geometry?
According to the file in the first post they are on v3 geomety and all of them are on the latest v5 tyres.

Reading the comments in the tread and also some discussions in the discord...

The current publicly available file in this thread (first post) was last updated jan 2024, so after the big tire update.
It's correct, all cars are on V5 tires. As for suspension, file says DTM92 still on v3, 16 on nothing (pre Alex), they will someday get the big physics overhaul (just like the little ktm x-bow).
wtcc13 was updated before the list update, it says v3, interesting. i guess that might be a mistake, would be wondering if they got updated only to v3 :D
14-17 don't know, list says v3, have they been updated anytme in the past?
m235i is v3 and nsu as well.
so apart from maybe wtcc13 everything should be like the list says.

But hey, it could surely need an update :D

Probably you mean the changelog from 24.05.2003, when also GT3s get the new suspensions?

That explains why the BMW E90 in WTCC 2013 is so fun to drive
I believe the BMW M235i is using old physics as the handling is slightly different to BMW M2

BOP is an issue for every sim and race series out there really tho, maybe a part solution is to create series that cater for each different cars strengths across the tracks included so at one track it's X car biased, but the next is Y car biased etc. Does making all cars have very similar bop kind of ruin the point of having different cars to use anyway?

Is there an up-to-date list of this topic somewhere? There are no expectations of launching the V6 tire model this year?

    Updated!

Included a new column titled Damper Rescale where a different method of setting base damper rates is being rolled out.

I'd like to encourage people to try the cars marked with a yes in this column - I'm quite proud of the results!

I would be interested in that too.
I have tested the 992 Cup and the dpi (one of my favorite cars), both feel more agile and alive, more connected to the track. I like it a lot.

Hello, I'm new to raceroom and I was just wondering if someone has a tip to get basic informations like ABS, TC, fuel tank, gearbox type easily ingame without to test every cars, or somewhere other than download this very usefull (but not up to date) file ?
I'm developing a website but can't find those informations easily.
