I bought today the BMW pack and just recieved nothing, every car stay locked. I tried to restart the game, after closing steam, also tried to check the integrity of the files, still no results.

No still same problem, the game consider i don't own the pack, but also I cannot buy it "Nothing to buy" appear when i try to click on the car.

I just this minute purchased the BMW 2024 pack and all the cars in the pack show as not owned.
I have raised a ticket.

 

Just tried it tonight, and everything work now, the cars are unlock and ready to race. Still don't know from where it came, misscomunication beetween the server and my game ? ( don't know if it 's can help to understand the reason of this bug but i launch race room with otterhud instal on crewchief ).

 

your cache was cleared; although im not sure if that was a fix or it fixed itself meantime

 

I launched Raceroom this morning and now all cars in the BMW 2024 pack show as owned.
Time to take them out for a spin before all the real racing starts today.

Hi, i purchased the on the edge pack with my VRP points about an hour ago. The 750 VRP dissapeared of my account but the store said i don't purchased it. I checked it and the content is not on my account.

Which one did you buy exactly? There are three Porsche GT3 R in the game, and only the latest two can be purchased: "Porsche 911 GT3 R (2019)" and "Porsche 911 GT3 R (992)". The one that's just called "Porsche 911 GT3 R" is a 2017 model that you can see in the game but you can't buy it (by Porsche's request the car is not sold anymore).

Technically there's also "Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) DTM", but it's the same as "Porsche 911 GT3 R (992)", the only difference should be a couple graphic details in their 3D models.

Either a little hickup by the system, or you did something - anyway : It's all there now

Hi, I bought the Porsche Pack 2023 last week (the 28th apparently) but have just noticed that 6 liveries are missing from the Endurance version of the 992 Cup Car (specifically the #303 Laptime Performance, #907/908 Seblajoux by Duwo, #961/962 Fach Auto Tech and #977 Rabdan Motorsport cars). Has there been a hiccup in the system or am I wrong in thinking these were part of the pack?

I've also noticed that some of the cars I've bought in the DTM/ADAC season packs aren't having the normal "similar content" discounts (sorry, can't remember the proper name) applied to the GTR3 class versions and are much more expensive than the usual 29vRP. The cars affected are the BMW M4 GT3, the Ferrari 488 Evo 2020 (both bought on the 29th as part of the DTM 2023 and 2021 packs respectively) and apparently also the Bentley Continental Evo which I somehow hadn't noticed after buying the ADAC 2020 pack last year (apparently on the 4th of July 2023) with the BMW and Bentley seemingly having the same prices as they would if I didn't have the DTM/ADAC versions though that could just be because of the summer sales

This also seems to be affecting the Touring Car Cup version of the Hyundai i30 N TCR which I bought from the WTCR 2020 class last week (on the 29th). Am I misunderstanding how the discount works or are these cars simply not eligible?

I bought the Porsche pack on release, but I miss exactly the same liveries. I guess they added these liveries later, but forgot to add to the pack.

Linked discounts. Yes, in some cases they are missing, but the reason is unknown.
