Ok. So where is the official support page, if the one that's in-game isn't taking you there, or how do I request a refund?

 

Honestly I don't know. Some issues with the game are handled by KW studios, some by Raceroom, and I'm not sure where this particular issue lands. Maybe @CaptainCoffee has an advice?

 

As far as i know they aren't doing refunds here.
But on a side note: never ever just blindly click and purchase something without reading again. will be a lesson for live

I've purchased 10000 vRP on raceroomstore and have not reiceived any confirmation, other than from my creditcard company.
Who should I contact?
The emails from raceroomstoreappear to be broken (i.e. I also can't log an issue, or get an account verification email)

Unfortunately it is. I guess it's still the spam issue, Raceroom website was added to some email blacklists so many email services started filtering these emails or even deleting them completely. I heard it's being gradually sorted out, but it might also be something different.

You try to resolve it but it didnt work, while searching if it works I realized that in the info account the email wasnt activated yet, cause I put the wrong email, when try to correct the email it said that that email its already taken.
Wrong email (the one is already in game but not activated yet): nacetemete@gmail
Correct email (the one its really mine but said that is already taken): nachetemete@gmail
I dont know why it doesnt allow me to put my correct email and dont know if this the root of the problem of not showing my purchase. The correct email is the one I used to make the profile in the raceroom store web, something I did before downloading the game and put all my information. If thats the problem you can delete that raceroom store profile with no problem.

bought via shop - SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT CLASSIC an Estoril Circuit with vRP,

SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT CLASSIC is still missing

bought a couple of the last added skins twice, too.
that was before i bought the two circuits above at once, and received just one, but the vRPs are still gone.
