Well no, it always worked like that. To get a complete pack you need to buy a livery pack.

 

I've never had this problem before, and yet I have been playing raceroom for many years.

There is no info about it. The pack looks like the others, showing the cars included in it and one button to buy

Is there a way I can get the other two cars? I'm upset because I only got five cars for that price.

 

at present there are only the cars shown , so no alfa ,no opel , the pack was released before the latest two cars dropped , generally new cars take a while to enter into any pack

Ok, I didn't realise that in the past. I thought it was just messed up by the shop organisers.

However (I don't know how many times this has been said in this thread), it is insanely confusing (especially for people who just started with RaceRoom) that you can't buy the whole Super Touring class at once just like any other class. You have to take a close look at the number of cars in the pack, which doesn't match the number of cars that should be in there. New people might not know that. I can imagine that if I just started with RaceRoom, bought the Super Touring pack and then didn't get what I expected, I might call this fraud and uninstall the sim again.

Please, KW, either add Alfa and Opel to the class or communicate clearly, that those two are not included! (e.g. as in the Premium pack, just write "Alfa and Opel not included")

 

Nah, I'm not buying the "cars take time to enter a pack" argument. I play this game for years and this is probably the first time an issue like that arose.

I'd even say that the very fact this confusion exists proves that this scenario wasn't taken in account when the store was designed. Because otherwise it's a pretty cleverly thought-out system, even if a bit clunky at times. But this is literally a "fine print" situation.

 

Before, for 6€, we had all liveries,
no matter the pack or car.
Now, for the same price, we have only one liveries when we have new car.
And NOW, you have to add to cart all liveries.
This is not logic.
that's why it's confusingWhen you played R3e since 2018 or 2019….
At worst, increase the price by a few euros to find the same operating mode with all the deliveries as in the previous years

 

No, it was never like that. The price that you see was always the price of the car with one livery of your choice. Because how else could you end up having a car but not all its liveries?

This, BTW, also a reason why Porsche GT3 R 2017 is still visible in the game - it's to allow people who have the car to buy the rest of the liveries if they don't have all of them.

If you're still not convinced I can post a bunch of screenshots of cars where I only own a few liveries out of a dosen or more. This, again, wouldn't be possible if the price was for the car with all its liveries.

I bought the BMW Pack 2024, but I'm missing a few liveries. Is this a mistake or not?

 

I would assume its as intended. The pack says it contains 56 liveries which is what you got. These M8 liveries were only added to the game after the bmw pack had already existed for quite some time so they probably just never added the liveries to the pack. Somewhat unfortunate but not a bug or anything

Mclaren 720 Gt3 and DTM is gone as well as some other gt3 and DTM. didnt know exactly which exactly because i really do have a lot of puchased cars. Also bought all 3 Packs in the past and spent some vRP from time to time. but what i noticed is that the mclaren as well as the AMG Dtm 2024 and and GT3 is gone. oh and as well the GT4 cars like the BMW. also bought the Porsche Pack and some dont show up. Damn just saw my transaction history and i really on "wow" on how much money i already spent in RaceRoom. So pls help

Are you sure the cars aren't just gone because the free to play month ended?

 

still an issue? i can see those mentioned cars among your purchased content
can u send a pic where it shows game telling you to buy them? (eg when u try to select a car for a session)
