Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

@Tango00101 is a friend of mine, i was sitting right next to him, while purchasing the Online Racing Pack and can confirm, that every massage during the steps said it was "successful"

Later, back at home, i also bought the Online Racing Pack to get the left 22 Liveries for 0,58 €
Everything was delivered immedialty to my purchased content

Differences:
Steam was already charged before starting
in game store was used while buying

are there known delays paying via paypal as a step inside the puchase, using a webbrowser?

Purchase missing content: Alfa Romeo 156 Super Touring PACK
Hello.
A couple of weeks ago I bought the full Alfa Romeo 156 Super Touring PACK but instead I only got the use of one of the liveries, the Nordauto Engineering - #2.
Attached is the screenshot of the purchase.

I also have some doubt in regard to the VRP that despite all my purchased items, is still at 0.

there is no Alfa Romeo 156 Super Touring Car Pack ... some times ago there was a Super Touring Car Pack, wich includes all cars and all their liveries

when you choose the Alpha in the shop, it shows all available liveries and gives you the preview by cklicking its number ... when clicking "buy" a new window opens, where you choosed one livery to buy, what means ONE car ... other liveries costs, i think 0.29€ each, e.g. for a car having a different tire-manufacturer - yes they are really different ...

this didn't change ...

UPDATE:
we found out that the money (on 11.08.2025 the price was 26,45€) was successful transferd to steam, but it was not delived to Raceroom - reason unknown

So, today (10.11.2025) we tried to buy the Online Racing Pack with the Steam Credit, but Raceroom now says it cost 26,95€ - what happend here ... did the Packprice really raised about 0,50€ from saturday to monday?

Can someone explain that to us (me and @Tango00101 )?

Probably because weekly free car/track changed and aren't in that pack anymore. If a pack has a car/track that are temporarily free, the price of the pack is reduced as if you own them, but when you buy the pack, you get to own that car/track even after the free period is over.

 

Is the money still present in your Steam wallet? Or do you have any vRP left ingame?

Problem is, in Webbrowser there was the banner on the raceroom page, that says "purchase successful" on 08.11.2025 for the lower price - who should know about the "free car" has lowered the Pack Price fact - vanished on 10.11.2025 ... regarding there are some savings in the billing progress sometimes too (not here) ...very irritating

so as the man in the middle, i can only think about a "gentlemen's agreement" because it was a Problem with order on 08.11.2025 in the back ... e.g maybe give @Tango00101 (godstar) a few vRP that covers the difference of 0,50€ ... then buying it and after he has confirmed that content is visible in his profil/purchased content the left vRP can be deleted ...

I bought the entire content premium pack over a year ago, and am only just realising I didn't have all the livery content for all the cars. I have bought alot of the liveries since then too. I'm not bothered about refunds, but would be grateful if all my content was unlocked after paying for it.

First of, the premium pack didn't contain the Ferrari 296, Lambo Huracán and McLaren Evo. Additionally, it can happen here and there that a few new liveries make their way into the game. So of course they were also not part of the premium pack.

 

Today I wanted to complete my collection. After paying I still saw some cars not owned. Tried again. Now only a few cars were not owned. The 3rd try finally got me all the cars. Later when I checked the purchase history, I saw I bought some cars double or triple. Maybe this happened in the past too when I tried tp buy more than 2 cars in the same class.

Normally, it should appear as soon as you bought it. Now it could be helpful for us to know:
Which AMG did you buy? The pre-2020 version or the 2020 version? Did you buy it in the GTR3 class or a DTM class?
Where did you look for the car? Does it not appear in multiplayer and singleplayer?
What does it look like when you visit the store page of this car?

 

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I bought the GT3 version. I can see in offline mode and i can pick to race, but online i can,t (appear that i need buy the car). I don't know how to upload the photos because i need more posts so idk. But i bought the skin number 30 of the car. And for example if i want buy other skins (with the disccount) i only need pay 0.15 so that show that i have the car owned.

 

Do you mean this car? This is actually the older car, so it's probably not available on ranked servers.
