Bah vu la "qualite" du support,la facon d'etre pris pour un imbecile sur discord,le manque de sanctions des "pilotes" qui detruisent la course des autres malgré le signalement,les serveurs qui refusent la connection et les crash dumps pendant les courses...Je suis pas pret de redepenser un cent pour ce "jeu"...

J'ai utilisé ce lien pour le ticket...J'ai mis la vidéo demandée sur YT...Aucune vue depuis que je l'ai postée le 16 novembre...J'ai utilisé le petit "!" dans le triangle jaune de la page de profil du joueur incriminé...meme resultat...
Bilan ; les joueurs reportés participent à toutes les courses quand moi je ne peux pas et qu'on m'invente d'utiliser un VPN, que c'est moi qui suit "banni" temporairement, que je ne possède pas le contenu 'pour participer au "free daily" et j'en passe)
Quand je parle de manque de qualité, je pense savoir de quoi je parle...

Hi

There seems to be an issue with my account and hence a purchase I made. I logged in via the web browser via Steam and purchased the XXL Pack.

Account which is used, when I log into the website.

/users/Unpixelt/

It purchased the pack on this profile. ^

If I start the game with the same Steam Account it logs me into a different profile though. And I cannot find an option to change profiles. I only have 1 Steam Account and I used the Steam single sign on everywhere. I already tried logging out and back in everywhere.

Account which is used, when I start the game:

/users/Pixelt/

Which makes me unable to use my purchased cars/tracks.

Could you please support in my issue.

Did you upload the replay file? This is what they use in the review process, not videos on Youtube.

 

Dans le ticket ils demandent le lien pour acceder a la video j'ai donc indique le lien de la video YT...

Enfin c'est quand meme fou qu'a chaque fois qu'on me pourrit ma course ca soit moi qui puisse plus participer...

 

They ask for the replay file, not a video:
"What is the link to the replay file?*
You can upload the replay file to Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar and post the link here. We need the replay to see what happened. You can find the replay file in Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\ReplayData"

When someone buys the xxl racing pack right now, he won't get the GTR2 Corvette and Road America, because they are free to use for promotionel reasons???
And when promo ends, he realises he don't own that content, the only reason why he decided to buy the pack after testing them for free? ...
Means: he has to pay the full price for both (ignoring the 50% off from blackweeks), after promo ends ...??

really? looking at the xxl content it says 'free' ... it must say something like 'excluded (from pack)' ... 'free' suggests, because of promo, he will get them free - the discount he get, lets him also think he gets it free - not that they are excluded from pack and that this leads to the disounted price ...

The items that are currently free for everyone are still included in the pack. It has always been like that.

 

Hey guys I just tried purchasing the XXL pack but something went wrong twice.
The money was taken out of my account but the DLC is not in my game.
I used two different bank accounts to make things easier and the purchases are also not in my steam recents downloads.

Where do I go from here?

bought two cars online (VW Scirocco Gr.2, BMW E30 Gr.A) together with XXL pack and some additional tracks, got charged on STEAM, purchase seemed fine, but in the end only one skin per car is shown in game as owned in my inventory.

When you buy a car you select one livery that you will get, the rest you need to buy separately. Some cars also have an "All liveries" pack, but these two don't.

 

Thanks for your response. However, the offer in the shop is different from what you describe. Individual vehicles can be purchased (€0.15), as well as the complete package (€2.99).

 

No what you see matches what maskerader said. Individual liveries can be purchased for 0.15€ (hence those prices being listed in the "lackierungen" section). The car with one livery included costs 2.99€. There is no mention of a pack on that store page

Issued fixed by an issue caused by a car I already owned. Removed it and was able to purchase the remainder of my order.

 

Ok. Thanks for your detailed explanation. I find this a bit misleading for me as a noob user but never to old to learn i guess. Thanks again for your support here.

Are you sure you're looking at the right Porsche? The one called "Porsche GT3 R" without year or model is not available for purchase anymore for several years. It's only visible in the store to allow people who bought it back then, to buy the rest of the liveries.
