    just checked, its still the imposter user/Dazzasnipes_0 account on my sim.

    do i need to verify files or anything?

    Started off with 162 VRP and then added another 2000 VRP with a redeem code. Bought the new DTM packs for 1621 VRP which should leave me with 541 VRP left. I have 0 VRP now. Can we please get this remedied?

    That was most likely just a visual bug which should show up correctly now.

    Hello Pete,

    I think you have two steam accounts and made a purchase with one and try and play with another.

    The purchase was made with https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198189752766
    But you seem to be using https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199121510744 when you play.

    Since your game account is linked to your steam account you don't see your content.
    Start the game with the same account you purchased with and it will work.

    If you no longer have access to the steam account, let me know and I can transfer purchases and delete that first account.

    I see your balance is 505 vrp - you started off from 126 vrp btw, two numbers flipped.

    I have horrible stutters. It starts some months ago with one of the updates. Before everything runs perfect. I tried everything that came in my mind, made the steam error check, changed the settings, name it, but the stutters always stayed. Then I completly deinstalled the game and after that installed it new. That worked, the game was running smooth again. Now I've got the new update and the stutters are back again.
    I'm really frustrated.

    Could anyone make a good list of thinks I could try / check?


    Btw, R3E is the only game that have these behaviour. All other games (iRacing, LMU, AMS2, AC, AC evo, ...) runs smooth.

    PC specs: 7800X3D auf MSI X670E board, 5090 RTX, 32GB RAM, super fast SSD (1x 1 TB + 1 x 4 TB), WIN11
    all updates installed (system, driver, everything)

    Hi, I bought 5000vRP as a guest and haven’t received my code via email. I don’t receive any emails from RaceRoom, even password reset and have checked the spam and junk folders. Not sure what to do now. Also, I tried the contact us page on RaceRoom shop but it says there is a server issue. Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Thank you, I’ve sent them an email. Not the first time Gmail has blocked emails without giving me a choice.

    I have had no reply as of yet. I have just used the contact us page on Raceroom shop. Will report back if I hear anything from that.

    I bought £39.99 vRP on 6th October. Received no code. I have emailed and used google form to register this problem various times, but have not received any replies from you. Should I try to cancel Credit Card order?

    I had the same issue and emailed the link Mike Kara text about earlier, they sorted it out after a few days and a couple of emails, I hope this helps

    You probably contacted them via .co.uk email, use this one instead: info@raceroom.com
