Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

Check the link that I posted, it has all the related information.

1) If you pay through Steam, you also get a discount which goes up to 18% on 5000+ vRP. So buying 10k vRP worth of content will cost you 82 Euro or ~72 GBP.
2) If the guy contacted .co.uk email, he most likely bought vRP on the UK part of the store where 10k vRP costs 75 GBP.

So like I said, if you're buying vRP for UK pounds, you better just pay through Steam.

Also, the most cost effective vRP pack is not 10k (25% discount), but 7,5k (26,7% discount).

there is no refunds and it's clearly said during checkout, probably that's why

 

Steam said to contact developer for refund.

 

Raceroom doesn't offer refunds for such cases.

Hey, yes, it's there now. I gave it a good long wait as I was thinking something cached somewhere might be the case, but after a while I was under the impression something didn't go through, because at the same time, I've bought the remaining items of the Xmas Online Pack, in the same transaction, and these were available instantly.

Bought online racing pack XMAS - seem to have been charged a couple of times, but no pack received.

Also bought to Bentley Continental GT3, but no car received.

I bought an F4 Tatuus and Monza track. I already ben charged but i didn't receive the track, car or VRP code.

I bought the Online Racing Pack Xmas but it did't appear in my account.
I have already been charged for the purchase.

 

I tried a different way of payment and the purchase went through.
My first payment is still being held by the bank.
I think/hope this was a bank issue and the funds will be restored.

 

If you don't see that first payment in your Steam payment history, that would be Steam or bank issue.

 

Not sure if this is the right thread but.....I have emailed support and submitted through the support form with no reply in over a week.
I received a 10,000 vrp pack for Christmas. The email with the code was printed and provided to me as the gift. I've tried multiple times to redeem the code and every time I get an 'Invalid Code' message. I've checked and rechecked the input code and it matches the code on the printed email. My only hope is that everyone is on vacation for the Holiday and that's why I haven't gotten a response. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

 

Yeah, they are probably on vacations so I'd wait for a few more days. But also, have you tried switching between upper case "i" and lower case "L"? And letter "o" and number zero? If I recall correctly, Raceroom uses these ambiguous characters in their codes, so you need to be careful about that.

 

Yep I,i - 0,O - l,L always catch you out with Raceroom codes....not to bad if you've only got one of them....but if they come in multiples... start cracking the DaVinci code

Also pays to note that you need to put the "-" in the code too....

I have emailed info@raceroom in 3 separate occasions with no reply. I really shouldn't be having to come to a forum to have a purchase issue rectified.

I have made purchase of 2000 VrP and am still yet to receive the redemption code to my email. My order number is R600104479 and my steam ID is 76561198852254540.
