Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

So I still have heard NOTHING from support. Tried all the combinations of i, l,O,0, 1 and L with no success. The other thing that seems odd is the code is in groups of 7 characters? What kind of a fly by night operation are they running that nobody in support responds after 13 days? I'd write it off and delete the whole damn game if it wasn't a waste of $80.

 

13 days? sounds like you unluckily hit the start holiday period. They should be back at work starting today.

I think I lost access to the track Autodrome Most.
I logged into the to drive on it and noticed I didn't have the track. At first I thought it was possible I just didn't have the track and had used it in a different game. But them when I looked at the leaderboards I noticed I had a time on the track using the Canhard Cars. So I must have owned it at some point. Also makes me wonder if I lost access to anything else.

 

Is it possble that you set that time when Most was free?

I purchased 10000 vRP from the raceroomstore website but when I try got log in to my account it tells me I need to confirm my email by clicking link in email but I never receive an email. I tried the contact us form on the website but it always server error on clicking send. I Have emailed info@raceroom over this issue 3 times even using a different email provider but have had zero response in 3 days! At this point this is beyond frustrating.

 

Make sure it's info@raceroom.com, not co.uk.

 

Yeah its been com, always has been com, it's burned into my brain at this point. Still no reply from them, absolute joke. Quick enough to take your money but cant be arsed to pop a courtesy email saying they are looking into it... Just ignore and hope the cusomer gets bored/frustrated enough to ignore it or forget. Shambolic customer service, 0 out of 10, save your money and look elsewhere is my advice for anyone foolish enough of thinking of purchasing and vRP from this company.

 

Tomorrow marks a week since my first email was sent and still not a peep from the so called "Support". Beyond a joke at this point.

A known Issue according to this very point since 2023! Add to that, they can't/wont do anything about customer support to help this known issue but will continue to decieve customers by selling vRP and not delivering, while ingoring support requests!

 

Small heads up: after buying the Bmw 2023 Pack moments ago, its only giving 7/12 liveries for the M8 GTE, while the product's page lists it with 12 liveries (extra ones seem to be non-licensed GTE grid filler liveries, likely released a bit later than the initial pack).
Bought it for cheap due to this week's accumulated discounts and noticed this quirk:

Unsure about the other two cars, I as I've already owned all liveries for the M2 CS from an Online Pack, and just a couple for the the G82 GT4 (#22 and #150), but all remaining ones were successfully added for that car.

Also, car page will then show it with a 4.98€ price instead of "Owned", while impossible to add to cart. But I guess this bug will go away after its free week is over.

 

Think its been like that for a while. The missing m8 liveries were indeed added to the game after the pack was released and it seems they never made it into the pack. The pack also says itll be 56 liveries in total which assuming all liveries for m2 and m4 are included also works out to just 7 m8 liveries. But the way its presented with the "12" showing is definitely confusing

 

Ah, you're right! Missed that detail on top of the pack page where indeed it mentions 56. It can go unnoticed, as included cars bellow will be listed with all liveries, and there's no way to differentiate them (let alone expect users sum it all on a larger pack). Similar situation to what I reported in the past for the Porsche pack, which was then kindly updated with all 911 Cup Endurance liveries.

EDIT: Sorted. No action required. It took about 10 minutes for it to be available for me (it never happened before)

I've just purchased the new version of Spa Francochamps. I got my vRP discounted (399vRP) but when I check in game it's showing as if I don't have it and still showing me to buy it.
The purschase is not listed on my transaction history either.

 

Can somebody advise on how I can resolve the following problem. Purchased the Porsche 911 GT3 R, but its not available to drive. It shows as purchased in the history. When I click purchase store advises there is nothing to buy, see the attached

 

This is a 2017 Porsche, not the one you bought. It's not available for purchase anymore, that's why it says "Nothing to buy". It's the only discontinued car that is still visible in the store.
