Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my account and I’d like to understand if anyone else has had the same problem.

All the content I purchased through the in-game store is currently missing and not available in-game. However, both on the RaceRoom website and in my in-game profile, all my purchases and receipts are still correctly listed.

So the content appears as owned, but it is not usable.

I have already contacted support via email, but in the meantime I wanted to ask here if this is a known issue or if anyone has found a solution.

thanks for your reply. My situation is slightly different: in my case, all the content is still shown as purchased both on the website and in my in-game profile (including receipts), but nothing is actually usable in-game.

So it looks like the licenses are there, but they are not being correctly loaded or activated.

In your case, it sounds more like the game is not recognizing your purchases at all, which might be a login/account issue.

I’ve already contacted support, let’s see what they say.

 

from what I've seen on discord buying anything basically refresh the cache and bring back lost content
atm admins didn't gave any update on this issue so I think they for now have no idea how to fix it "normal" way but I have some idea
if u didn't claimed free Hillclimb car or Safety Car u can try redeem these codes (go to profile, click on vRP balance and redeem)

maybe it will also work as buying livery or anything else like some people did and will "fresh" the account, who knows
