Known Issue Purchase error/missing content/lost vRP? Report here!

Just checked and it is the eSports liveries missing so I guess that probably is intentional. I looked at the page for the pack when logged out and it says the Cupra comes with 32 liveries so less than the 58 in the store but more than the 26/27 it gave me (I already had 1 so idk if that was in the pack)

The missing Opel livery looks normal to me (Flammer Speed Team - #203) so idk what's happened there though I have just noticed it's also given me a new car called #76 that looks like a VW Golf TCR with a special livery but there's no link so clicking on it just tries (and fails) to zoom in. It doesn't say it's part of any class but shows up with the other TC Cup cars

 

Very strange situation with liveries. If you look in the pack, it says "Liveries: 296", but if you add them all there's only 284.

 

Oh, I see what happened. The liveries that are included in the pack (the recolors of the same livery) aren't even sold anymore (except the first one, brown/blue). The number 32 that you see for Curpa liveries is the number of currently available liveries for this car (the eSports liveries), not the number of liveries that are actually incuded in the pack. That's probably where the difference in the total numbers of liveries comes from, but something else should be wrong too because that would only result in the difference of 3-5, not 12.

Yeah, it's definitely a bug/oversight.

P.S. What you see for TCC class Cupra when not logged in, no recolors:

 

I just performed a purchase and got just the email confirmation (on a second email account associated to paypal) and no mail with the redeem code

 

I have the same issue. I only received a PayPal payment confirmation, but no order confirmation email and no redeem code email either.

 

on discord I've been told to write an email to info@raceroom.com with the details.

 

I did too. They want the ordernumber, but i didn't recieve anything at all. Nothing other than the payment itself worked.

Thanks for the advice, I’ve already contacted their support. As far as I know, their customer service only operates Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00, so I’m trying to be patient and wait for their reply.

Same here, Order confirmed and paid July 4th, no e-mail received from RaceRoom, no redeem code. Sent an e-mail to customer service the same day, plus a reminder today morning, no answer yet.
