Problem Purchase not showing as purchased

Hi there

I've just tried to purchase the latest pack. I've received confirmation but the items are still showing as not owned on RaceRoom.
Happy to provide proof of purchasing the VRP if needed.

I'm having the same problem. My VRP were deducted but the game says I still don't own the pack.

 

Same here. Apparently - according to my purchase history - I actually purchased 999 VRP (I thought I was buying the Pack). The funds have been deducted from my Steam wallet (£8.40) but the Raceroom store shows I have 0 VRP and I don't own the Driver's pack.

Did you check your email for an activation code?
I bought 5000 VRP and thought the same thing until I checked my mail for the code.

 

I've not had any email. I made this purchase exactly the same way I bought the Racing Truck (and every other purchase through the Raceroom Store, in the Store tab in-game) and they were all fine. However this one has deducted the funds from my Steam Wallet but the game says I don't own any of the cars or the circuit in the Drivers Pack. It's very odd.

Got the same problem. Purchased the Driver´s Pack. On same Day i coud Drive all cars in Pack and the new Track. Next day only the Track is in my List, the Cars not.
Edit: The new Track isn´t in my List either now.

Good evening. I have the same problem. I had VRP enough, bought the new pack (drivers pack) and nothing happened. But the VRP have been deducted. Can it be solved, please?

same problem here. i bought the VRP but it didn't add up in the game. whilst transaction is seeable in steam and within r3e as well. it would be great if this can be solved.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I checked at store in browser, and it seems to be solved. It had just a little bit more time delay what expected (a whole night). I can check it ingame at evening, I think there will be no problem. So thanks again for reply.
/I logged in the forum with my steam account used for play raceroom, hopefully this problem is not to be solve yet./
