Released Q4 2025 Update - DTM 2002, DTM 2025 and new BMW M4 GT3 EVO

The final update of the year is here, and it brings two major touring car packs plus a brand new machine making its debut in RaceRoom.

DTM 2002 Car Pack


One of the most iconic DTM seasons arrives in full, bringing back the raw sound, bold designs and fierce manufacturer rivalry that defined early 2000s touring car racing. The complete 2002 grid has been recreated with authentic liveries for:

AMG Mercedes CLK DTM

Abt Audi TT R

Opel Astra V8 Coupe


Every track used in the 2002 season is already available in RaceRoom, so players can run the full calendar with modern versions of the layouts.



The Abt Audi TT R received special attention during development. Thanks to our connection with Abt and KW Automotive we had hands on access to the real car, allowing us to match details, proportions and behaviour more accurately than ever.



Mercedes fans will also notice how the 2002 CLK differs from the 2003 model already in the game. The 2002 car has a more open front intake and lacks the side refuelling ports that were introduced in 2003 when DTM added mandatory pit stops.

The new season is arriving with a complete set of fresh liveries for the GT3 field and one major new addition.



New Car: BMW M4 GT3 EVO
The BMW M4 GT3 EVO makes its debut in RaceRoom as part of the 2025 season. This update brings the revised aerodynamics, visual changes and performance characteristics of the updated BMW machine.

 

But, once upon a time, I saw a message about UI rehaul in late 2025, to align the whole game UI to the Ranked Multiplayer dark theme.

Does anybody know the schedule?

 

Long live the king of touring car sim racing! I don’t mean to be greedy, but the way I see it this sim is now only three super tourers away from being pretty much perfect. Content wise anyway.

 

Likely that was a goal, but, as you could figure it out, it's not ready yet. That doesn't mean it won't happen in the near future.

 

Anybody know why the content in the opening post says "content not viewable in your region" . I know we left the EU but thought good old GB was still considered in europe !

 

Good Lord, the german version is "spoken" by one of these deeply emotional AI Voices that destroy any thrill of anticipation

 

Aside from this great content, are there release notes to see changes/fixes?

Thanks for the new content. Looking forward to try it. I also like the fact that many tracks got AI improvements. But I was a bit surprised to see that my feedback on AI on Interlagos (see the dedicated threat for reporting on this) was not taken into account. Keep it up!

 

Could we maybe get a detailed list of which gt3 car is on which physics at the moment? As is its a little confusing

 

@Alex Hodgkinson used to publish/maintain a very good Excel document showing tyre model versions, etc...

Yeah im generally aware of that one but it only gets updated once in a while and its only for complete car classes at the moment so it wouldnt clear up which cars within the same class differ

Edit: or maybe it did show individual cars? Starting to question that part now

 

It shows each car separately.

 

Will the 2001 CLK be added eventually as it was used in the 2002 season? For example the OASE clk was the 2001 model all Season Long.

 

Doubt.

 

The 2002 livery of Thomas Jäger is missing all of its number plates ingame right now.

 

It was reported internally already so it should be fixed in the near future.
