Not known yet. I guess the E36 ST is part of it. As is the G82 DTM 2024 as well. The track looks like a Silverstone Classic? Or maybe the picture is just very random and has nothing to do with the pack itself. We will find out.
I love Raceroom, but I think they need to make some quick changes to make it win, not just free content, etc.. Some quick win suggestions * Make different profiles for different wheel including adjust the force feedback multiplier by default, the following videos complain about the FFB with DD wheel * Incorporate ReHud by default, no one know they will need to manually download it from somewhere Your mindset should be "How Raceroom can quickly onboard a new player? Triple screen, wheel setup, etc..." There are so many tiny little quick things you can make it more welcome to new people. Below is some sharing by someone in youtube, please read the comments below as well, but I believe it is all the tiny little quick wins you should be focusing. I know you have long term plan for graphics and multi-player, that that is far away, focus more on short term win is also important.
Different profiles are already there. In most cases FFB issues are caused by how DD wheels are set up in their drivers/software, they usually have way too much damping that is required for other games (which is why they are set up like that by default) but kills all details in Raceroom because Raceroom'd FFB is much less aggressive. So the way to solve this is to work with every wheel manufacturer to ensure that if they have an feature like default profiles for each game, the Raceroom profile is set up correctly. It's not ready (and too fiddly) to be an official part of the game. Would be good to have a proper built-in HUD with all the necessary widgets like radar, detailed tyre temps, always working delta, etc. but I'm not sure if they have enough people for that or if the game tech allows something robust that is not just a tacked-on webHUD.
Overall I agree, there are many smaller details that would be nice to have. Question is, do they have enough manpower to work on that in addition to working on rewriting the graphics engine.
Totally agree with Maskerader. They've already started to tease on Instagram with the Renault Laguna. It's clear that they want to keep the hype until the release. They'll tease us maybe a few days before just to make sure a maximum of people come try the new update!
The positive thing is: you'll be more surprised watching the Grid Talk (that will hopefully be there some days before the update)
If memory serves correctly the last grid talks came on update day rather than a few days before (which i dont get the reasoning for but thats another topic )
