Raceroomstore[.]com confirmation email does not arrive

Hello,

I registered to the mentioned site, tried to receive a confirmation email for at least 3 days but nothing, spam folder etc. checked nothing.

Is this you are aware of? I'd like to buy VRP points but I can't. :/

dont use the site, at least at the moment

 

Damn only read this now. I just bought some VRP in the store, but don't get the confirmation email with the code to redeem the points. Surely this is something the company needs to address/fix soon! I don't want to lose my money this way.

 

After a month of problems currenrly the emails are handled manually and so it can take a day for them to answer and sent the code.

 

I purchased June 30, and haven't got any response other than on their Discord telling me to contact their support via mail, which was what i did before writing on Discord about them not responding thru their mail. It's frustrating and they could at least announce something or respond.

Almost a week since I bought the VRP in the store and sent an email about the issue of not receiving the code, still no response...
