Hey, it was a very nice move to unlock the Supertourers for Free Trial, which meant full servers all day and evening long, thrilling but fair races (where I joined at least) with assumingly old farts like me mostly, who have lived that era and therefor know about how to race those cats and on top of that bringing along more fans and customers to RR. On an easily accessible classic race track like Silverstone National that guarantees pedal-to-the-metal door to door racing... Were some great weeks of virtual racing, thx a bunch... I was even thinking about creating a little Tribute Video Compilation from those races... BUT : After that you've set up a 40 Min. "Featured Race" (again: 40 MINUTES) at - by all means - Bathurst. Well yeah, Bathurst is a top race track for experienced drivers like me, but it's also a very demanding one where Carnage (in the middle section) is pre-programmed, especially if you count casuals and newbies to the mix. Additionally that schedule isn't even near the original one, cause those races were always based on two short sprint races. At least 2x20 Mins would have been the better choice. It seems the one setting up the server has no clue (and even less about how demanding it is to race them ST's on a track like Mount Panorama for 40 mins ) Really guys ? There was a good chance to keep the flow going which was started with that free trial period to advertise your product, getting new fans and customers hooked, but now again the server stays empty for most of the time. So in case you wonder noone is joining : You have one answer right here...
The Supertourers trial was brilliant, but Bathurst's long format may deter players. Sprint races on accessible tracks could keep the momentum. A tribute video is a fantastic idea!
Well after last grid talk cards are on the table, really looking forward to June 24th and to September of course
A championship with the supertourers I would be so nice I like that cars and also In circuits like Nürburgring gp I think it could be so interesting races
