HUD ReHUD - A custom overlay for RaceRoom

Does the application have a shortcut to hide the information and change preset with hotkeys ?

Download, install and run it. If the game is in Window or Borderless window mode you should see the overlay, unless you use DXVK. In that case you need to use a resolution slightly smaller than your monitor's resolution. You can go to your GPU drivers or control panel and create a new resolution, make it 2 pixel smaller. Then in the game choose this resolution (you might need to change aspect ratio first to see this new resolution).

 

I have a strange issue -- everything appears to be working, except the radar (which is the main thing I need!). I have the box checked, have tried multiple layouts, and messed with distance/opacity settings. For some reason, it just never pops up or works. Any advice?

EDIT: Nevermind! A reinstall of ReHud fixed it. Very strange.

 

How do I get rehud to vr ? I put that vr mode on and there is black full screen where layout is but nothing in vr.
I use varjo aero with steam vr and rehud beta 0.11.5

 

I have been running Rehud for some time now without any problems, however after yesterday's small update to Raceroom it is not showing up. I have checked all the settings, borderless windowed mode, no DXVK etc, but still it does not show up. I tried uninstalling Rehud & redownloading but still nothing. Any ideas? I have attached the log file.

 

Same for me, after yesterday's small update it no longer works. I tried everything, because due to some system crashes I was testing with Vulkan, and I know that ReHud shouldn't work with the dxvk version. So I thought it was my PC's fault. But even though Afterburner confirms that I'm using DirectX, ReHud doesn't work. While OtterHud/SealHud continues to work.

 

Yeah, it only works if you start it after loading into any driving session. And then it will keep working after switching to other sessions.

 

Thanks I got Otter Hud to work again, thanks to that, I love it.

 

I didnt get it work, but sealhud works great with vr !

 

Tried again yesterday but can't have the hud in my PCL. In teh settings page of rehud under "screen to use" i have only my monitor and not HDMI or any other option for my headset, looks like it doesn't detect the headset so i have the hud always on my screen

 

Occasionally that works, but most times it doesn't.

 

Io ho provato e riprovato ma nulla! Entro nella schermata dell'hud.. ma in gioco non vedo nulla.. seguito passo passo tutto quello che c'è da farea nulla! Una settimana fa andava adesso niente..

 

Maybe you changed to Fullscreen? Or started using DXVK mode?

 

Non mi sono accorto ma c'era uno spazio tra un simbolo e l'altro nel codice sorgente da impostare su steam.. per ora ho risolto.. grazie ✌️

 

Hello. I need some help, please, because ReHUD is suddenly no longer displayed in Race Room. I was racing two hours ago, but suddenly it won't load anymore.

I start ReHUD normally in Windows and can also edit the HUD. But it is no longer visible in the game, even though it continues to run normally in the background.

I restarted the PC, restarted Race Room and ReHUD several times, but it is still not visible in the game.

The normal Race Room HUD works when I activate it.

Did I perhaps deactivate ReHUD with a keyboard shortcut? The former Otterhud doesn't work either. I tested the keyboard shortcut for locking and unlocking the HUD. I can see the message, but I can no longer see the HUD. The monitor is set to borderless. I have no idea what the problem is and look forward to your response.

Edit: I also repaired the Race Room files in Steam and had them checked. SealHud is working again, but ReHUD is still not visible. I can edit it, but as soon as I press “save,” it is no longer visible.

 

@Thomas Oelschläger Maybe you switched to DXVK mode by accident?

Why isn’t the HUD showing up even after I launch ReHUD and then start the game? I’ve already set it to borderless fullscreen
and not DXVK .
Or should the installation path be in the game's folder? thx u

 

On the general screen on ReHud make sure the hardware accelerate isn’t checked on. Sometimes I have to lose ReHud and start back up witu game running
