I confirmed a fully discounted "GTR3" Hurácan GT3 on the first post, but for further detail: All 5 from DTM 24' I could buy as GTR3 had full discount. This excludes the 720S GT3 EVO because it doesn't exist yet as a separate GTR3 class car, while the 911 GT3 R (992) I couldn't check because I got it from the Online Racing Pack. For the rest: I acquired all DTM 24' cars under the Summer Pack, then for the "GTR3" class I bought the Huracán GT3 EVO II, 296 GT3, R8 LMS GT3 EVO II, M4 GT3 and AMG GT3 2020 for +29 each. If it's all still due to licensing, surprisingly, the newer Ferrari 296 GT3 doesn't have the same quirk as the older 488 GT3 EVO 2020 -- a good sign. I remember similar ~50%-only situations in between some WTCR pack content (if not back in WTCC too), but those could have been, understandably, to avoid deeply discounting new yearly licensed pack prices right at release.
