Problem Verification link mail not received

    suppoert email is info@racroom.com and yes it can take a few days nowadays.
    Anyway, if you want to buy vrp for example, you don't need to have an account. You can just buy as a guest.
    If you really intend to buy vrp, make sure to click the red link after the purchase to show the code immediately. sometimes mails aren't delivered and you need to contact support to get the code.

    If you don't recieve a confirmation email, I'd say there's a chance you won't receive vRP code in the email either, and the red link is reported to not always work, so keep that in mind. If you have another email address (on a different email provider), try that too, maybe it will work.

    Could I use 2 or more emails to receive the VRP code (Example, separated with commas)?
    Do I receive any type code of purchase (different of the VRP code) to validate that I made a transaction if some problem occur?

    I don't think so, but it's been a long time since I bought vRP there.

    I don't remember if they show you the transaction ID during the checkout process, but the information from your bank should be enough, in theory.

    Confirmed that they send you a transaction number to identify the order/purchase. But in raceroom store support they take a lot of time to respond emails...
