Very long start up for game \ crashes

Hi guys,

Since the recent update I have been having issues with major load times or server times out
Up till now the game has been faultless.

Running Intel 8700K, RTX 1660, 32 GB ram.

Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue? Found others with same problem on steam and nobody seems to care! Spent hundreds on all the content and can’t use it?
It’s only since the Frenzy of updates with the new cars

no. I guess I don't know what virgin media is, but it doesn't solve it, I continue with 5min starts

 

for some reason windows firewall blocks raceroom deactivating it echo normal

 

the consequence. I've been losing 10 points now I'm rockie again

Usually this is a sign that there's something wrong with the internet between you and game servers. Try using a VPN and see if anything changes.

 

I used a VPN and this fixed it, my issues is Virgin media says all is ok, and this has only happened since the most recent updates

 

I have not been able to enter for 2 days, all the other games are ok. I started taking time and giving error 13 when I was on servers, now 2 days without being able to enter, I have deleted the game and reinstalled in progress. Let's see if I solve it

 

it wont ; its a connexion error ; i guess there is a chance that your isp , is for some reason routing you to dead end ; try running a vpn ; if this works it will point that your issue is probably with Xtra telecom

well exactly and vpn installed and i started the game without problem. i have been with the provider i raceroom for more than 5 years without problem, after updating the game these problems, could you please how should i inform the provider so that he understands the problem, it would be a great help knowing how to explain them. I don't think they take me seriously when I tell them that I have a game that I can't start because of the network

 

I'm having the same problems with exorbitant game load times with RaceRoom. It's to the point that I can't even be bothered loading the game. It takes over 133 seconds to get to the main menu, then another 80 secs to load the level. The game hangs for over 2minutes with a 'Not Responding' in the task manager.
I have zero replay videos and I have removed the duplicate RaceRoomInstall folders from the user data folder and reinstalled the game from scratch.
I've attached my Game Load test times spreadsheet.
There is clearly something wrong with Raceroom.

 

Last weekend in the afternoons it was the same for me. Couldn´t get into competitions as it was in a loop of kicking me back to the leaderboard instead of loading the track. Tried a VPN and it was the same. It cleared up at night.
