I seem to have lost my shift effect on my Logitech G920. Never happened before but I don't feel anything when changing gears. I've onky been driving GT3 class Z4.Also, I have a Thrustmaster TH8 shifter which always seems to take the id1 slot over my wheel. Does it matter which id positions? Thanks
The shifting effect should be configurable in the FFB settings, maybe you accidentally turned it off.
No I haven't, because i have ffb for the wheel but just no shift effect. I'm going to delete the control profile and start again.
You can add the canned effects individually in FFB settings, so your wheel will still have FFB but the gearshift settings may be off, 2 secs to check!
This happened to me, too. On my system it was caused by the latest Logitech driver. This one is the best working: https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/gaming/LGS_8.88.30_x86_Logitech.exe https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/gaming/LGS_8.88.30_x64_Logitech.exe First uninstall Logitech, then reboot. Delete all user Tempfiles and in Appdata local and roaming all Logitech folders. Go to Hardwaremanager and change view to show disconnected devices. If Logitech is shown there, uninstall it. Now install the driver vers. 8.88.30 and reboot, this should work, as it did for me.
Oh you lucky one. Like to have the 500rs. Have to wait till my wife is on business travel again. If she's back, it's already dust covered and it does look like it was there all the time
Its just a shame about the pro pedals, i only had mine about 4 months when the pots on the clutch and throttle started playing up, they weren't dirty at all so cleaning did not help. TM sent me some replacements but i never put them in as i got some csr elites in the meantime.
