Morning all my fellow tyre kickers. I was wandering if anyone can give me definitive answer to a question myself and my community are debating? When accessing servers we tend to try and find those with pit stops to add in a stratagy element aswell as close racing. The question is when picking a server the pit stop option is ticked but also has a number next to it. Is this number the required pitstops to be undertaken or the number of tyres required to be changed? For instance it often states a number 2 in the server selection lobby, we are currently making 2 stops but have a feeling it actually denotes number of tyres required to be changed. Any guidence is much apreciated Regards Bren
Sorry, but I am new to ranked and I need a bit more clarification. On one of this week's races it says two change of tyres. Does that mean that all I have to do is pit once and change all 4 tyres so that I am using 2 sets of tyres for the whole race?
you need to change two tyres ; you can change 4 if you wish ; so for a pitstop to count ; once in the race you need to change the fronts or the rears Andi
Okey, thanks. And is everyone using pit stop presets when pitting during races? Is that the way to go?
