Hello sector3 You should soon come up with something for the Audi R8 LMS. This car has nothing to do with reality. I'll think twice in the future if I buy something else. sorry for my englisch is google translator.
So you've launched a car that is notoriously bad for struggling with curbs over a HUGE curb, flipped it, and are complaining about it? Here's a tip. DON'T HIT HUGE CURBS.
As a true racing sim, we had to be realistic here with the Audi and include the possibility that it may end up on its roof.
I don’t have any issue with the physics but I’m convinced the steering wheel is too low. Much lower than any other sim which is really noticed in vr.
The flip physic isn't very realistic. In real life you can use also huge curbs especially with cars like the Cup Porsche and in R3E you always flip..
I think the physics are quite good. But in some cases the simulation comes to a point that it isn't made for. Like when the front splitter hits the curb before the tire does. In reallife small parts can break, rub or deform while in R3E the chassis / hitbox can't do such things. So the impact leads to an momentum that flips the car.
