Hi to you all. I have just returned to RRE after a long lay off and have this problem about playing in my native resolution of 3440 X 1440p 144hz full screen on my 34" monitor. My options in the video settings are at its highest setting before it jumps way past 3440 x 1440p is 2560 X 1440p then it shoots up to 3840 X 2160 totally bypassing the 3440 x 1440p setting. I have tried the high dpi scaling override option but it still wont do 3440 x 1440p. I have made sure in game its at full screen and 16.9 but still is no good. Can anyone please advise on any solution as i am totally baffled.
3440*1440 is not a 16:9 resolution, that's the reason it's not selectable. Try setting the aspect ratio to 21:9 in the game and you should find your monitors native resolution in the list. Oli
Cant believe i made that mistake, 16.9, what was i thinking, Switched over to 21.9 and its all working, looking very nice. Thanks for your help, i should have worked that out myself. Never mind, glad people like you are here to help.
