Audi TT Cup Zolder: at 97% suddenly out of the blue the tires are gone. Massive understeer and during braking sliding of track like racing ice. Till 97% im able to maintain the same speed. One corner everything is fine, next corner no grip at all.
Is that 97% wear, or 97% still good (with only 3% wear) If its 97% wear, dude...its pretty obvious the tyres are done, finished, dead, caput! If its that far down the line, the tires obviously gave up...simple physics, or in this case, simple math. Don't really understand why you are complaining if you get 97-98% life out of the tyre...
I meant 97% of the tires still in shape and 3% wear. But...i already found the problem. After the pitstop the rear brakes are down completely.
