DTM Esports Championship 2025 - Shootouts starting today! It's the end of the year and traditionally that means it's the start of the DTM Esports Season! As previous years, first up are the Shootout Qualifiers which will determine the 32 fixed drivers of the Main Season. Shootout Qualifiers - Leaderboard Competitions & Multiplayer Races The Shootout Qualifiers are based on Leaderboard Competitions followed by Multiplayer Races. There are 2 Shootouts, so if you didn't make it in Shootout 1, you can always try in the second Shootout. You do not have to own the content to participate in the Shootout Qualifiers. Join the competition now! After setting your best lap time on the Leaderboard Competition, the top 32 drivers are invited to the Multiplayer Session, which will have 2 races. To participate in the multiplayer races, you do need to own the content. The shootouts will have fixed setup for both leaderboard and multiplayer race. The Shootout Leaderboards also define the list of Reserve Drivers. Even if you didn't make it in the Shootout Races, this means you can still become a Reserve Driver! Shootout 1: Leaderboard open from December 18 - January 8 Race day: January 17 Shootout 2: Leaderboard open from January 17 - January 30 Race day: February 7 Main Season - 6 Rounds across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands from March - July The Main Season of the DTM Esports Championship 2025 consists of 6 Rounds. Mid-season there will be a fun round, where Esports meets the Community. As always, the Main Season drivers will have the possibility to create a custom livery. There will be an open setup for the Main Season. New this season: Community Cup To bring the PRO Esports Drivers closer to our community and vice versa, we will include a Community Cup during the race day of the Main Season. Every round will see an accompanying Leaderboard Competition for the community. The community will drive on the same track (historic version if available), but with a different DTM Class for each round. The top drivers of the leaderboard are invited to a multiplayer race, which will be broadcasted live in the DTM Esports Race Day Stream. This means that even if you didn't make it to the Main Season, you're still able to qualify for a live race! RULEBOOK Version 1.2 (PDF) (updated on January 7)
