I uploaded the data files. I don´t know which one is the right one...there were 4 sessions at that day and i uploaded the log file of this day. I think in each case there are over 1000 seconds recorded. https://workupload.com/archive/ZxnSc4D
I think i´m doing something wrong and could need a little help... Every Custom Dashboard looks like this when i open it to have it as overlay: This is how it looked when i saved it:
Hmm, which browser are you using? Did you always have this issue? And how does it look when you go to "My Widgets"?
The files you sent me are the Atlas telemetry files, I need the session log files found in folder SessionLogs...
Thats how it looks like when i open it from the "Custom Windowed Dashboards" list... In "My Widgets" it looks exactly like i saved it in the editor. My Widgets>In Editor>On Screen Result:
@Andy Kettler So it could be a couple of things: 1. First make sure you have the latest dash version 2. Secondly, hopefully you did not move the web app to some odd folder (Web Application Path folder on app) and thus pointing to the latest dash web app 3. That windowed widget is using a browser plugin (chromium) so you can acually delete its cookies and cache. Go to the folder as shown below and delete the 2 folders 4. Try to refresh it as shown below, maybe close it and re-open it, wait a bit as it takes a bit to connect...
What is the correct path ? This one correct ? "C:\ProgramData\{7EF0CA16-FEBD-4D49-85DC-ECC37E02F153}\Web"
I uploaded another log-file from today under the following link: https://workupload.com/file/erakPVjF And i uploaded the session log-files under following links: https://workupload.com/archive/nJP2VDX But today i am somewhere else and have a slow internet connection. Maybe this is the reason why i cannot open the Dashboad today.
No it still does not work. Created another test dashboard in Edge browser this time and again the widget arrangement, sizes and even the font is wrong on my self created widgets... And if i open a fresh saved one the grey background extends over my 2 screens that are curently plugged in the pc Oo.
Your logfile indicates an issue with the dash web server where port 7777 is already used for something similar (I dont understand German, sorry). Change that port on the app settings to something else (for ex 7676) and let me know. "Fehler beim Abhören von Präfix http://*:7777/, da es mit einer vorhandenen Registrierung auf dem Computer in Konflikt steht."
I will keep trying to replicate your issue, so far I couldn't so no idea why that is happening to you....
Now i am at home and have a fast internet connection. I made a new raceroom training and uploaded all files (session log, log and csv file) under the following link: http://workupload.com/archive/Zu2SpvF Maybe now you can see more.
Hi Anton, In the session file you sent me there is only 1 recorded lap but the telemetry shows you did 4 laps. This is most probably a bug from my side and I'll need to find out why it is happening and fix it. Thank you for reporting it, hopefully I will be able to replicate the problem and fix it soon. My wheel/pedal etc is still packed in the shipping boxes, hopefully I will be able to unpack it in a month or so Cheers Stefan
Thank You for this wonderful application. It's a lot that I'm using it and, don't know if it's me that I'm doing something wrong but I can not find, in telemetry, the log for ever lap I've made in a session. I remember there was in one of the previous versions.
Thanks mate Not exactly sure what you are looking for, but below shows you the folder where one can find the telemetry files. 1. Atlas folder contains a CSV file which can be uploaded into Atlas 2. SessionLogs contains telemetry and session data for the UI Telemetry as shown in the 2nd image
