Hi I have developed a simple web dashboard for myself and thought of sharing it with you. Not sure if you'll find it useful as unless you have an extra monitor, tablet or mobile, this wont be of much use. URL http://telemetry.justrace.net How it works: Deutsches Tutorial ist fertig Telemetry Analysis But anyways, this web dashboard can be access from any of your devices as long as it is on the same WIFI or you are using your external IP. Requirements: Windows and .NET 4..5 Install: First download and install the dashboard manager and make sure you uninstall all previous versions please. http://dash.proracing.club Logs: http://dash.proracing.club/updatelog.html After installing, you will have a shortcut on your desktop. Click on it and the screen below will come up. You can leave the default settings which are your local IP and a port. When you click on Start, the OS will ask you to allow the port to be access and say yes if you want the software to work. If you choose an External IP, your dashboard will work from anywhere but of course you'd need to have port forwarding setup and your External IP accessible from the outside word. Anyway, when you click start, the web dashboard will pop up and the screen below is shown. If you want to use this software on your mobile/tablet etc, just use the URL http://dash.proracing.club In this case, you need to enter the IP address and port as seen above. If opened from the software, the IP and port will be auto populated. Once populated, the web will remember your IP and Port after the first time. This data is ONLY stored on your device and never sent to any other pc/server. This means that I am only storing these locally on your machine or device. If you do not have a static IP, which means an IP that changes, you might need to check the new IP in the screen above and re-enter it. Once the IP and Port are there, next click on Launch Dashboard and the following will come up... Then launch the game and the data will start streaming...you can also launch the game beforehand. I have not added all the data yet, but will soon be adding them (when I get some free time!). Hope you will find it useful. Requests, suggestions and bug reporting and all very welcome! Just in case it stops or does not start, press F5 Cheers
I don't know if it's simply not implemented yet, but both speedometer and tachometer don't work. they flinch sometimes tho. Also oil temp & pressure and water temp don't work yet.
Also, I have to launch the app everytime I start a session, otherwise it won't do anything at all. But looks good already. By the way, I think this topic fits better within the new Community Workshop part of the forum.
Thanks for the feedback mate! So, both speedometer and tachometer should be fixed now....wrong deployment I will now have a look why one needs to restart the app every time but I think I know what the issue is and will try to push a fix this morning. Thanks!
Hi, I have a problem, once mediafire download the software, you can not open the file, Android tablet, should an application to open ?? thank you in advance.
Hi, Not sure why the file is not opening on your windows...its an exe installer....maybe your antivirus is blocking it? On Android/tablet etc, just open this url dash.proracing.club then enter the IP and Port from the software you install. I'll try to make a video when I can.
This issue should be fixed too, at least it worked for me. If it does not work, please let me know exactly what happened...like quit session and started new one...closed game and re-opened it etc Thanks
There is no installation on Android Just open a web browser (I tested with chrome on Android) and put in url r3e.proracing.club, enter IP and Port from software as shown in my first post and our done.
Fixed bug with software crashing after a new session stars due to time value overflow. New download here, Just override your previous installation. http://www.mediafire.com/download/h4srwy0kknkl64r/R3EDashboardInstaller_v1.1.exe Also added a video to show how to install it and how it works. The last part using Bluestacks (android emulator) shows how to use it on Android.
Do you plan making a digital version with leds as revs and simply a number (same style as gears) for speed?
What we can do for design is almost limitless really The software streams the data and it can be presented as we wish. This first version was more of an experiment and for fun and it will be easy to have multiple different dashboards. If there is someone who wants to presents a design, I will gladly implement it
