My only concern would be that no one had the rotary's working correctly in-game until ACC came along, and they are still the only sim with full function, (HINT S3) so don't hold your breath about the ones on this wheel, but yes it looks good..
Sorry fischhaltefolie, I missed your questions for some reason. Perhaps the BRF setting in the Tuning Menu reset after you applied the new firmware? You need to set it to 0 (least sensitive) in order to require the most force on the brake pedal. As for the reactivating manual mode, this is a known issue with both the v310 and v311 drivers. We are working on it, and it will be resolved in a future driver update.
Talking about their own F1 rim, for most it was to small for people's hand size very little room around the grip area, also it just looked small on the base, where as the Mclaren rim just fits all round better..
Thanks, BRF is the same as before. I already ordered a new loadcell. I hope it will solve my problem after I replaced the old one.
you can get one for 800 bucks from F1simgames.com ok it's the Audi wheel then and not the Lambo wheel but they're almost identical apart from some colors and fonts
....looks nice, but the thrustmasterconnector kills it..... but seriously, a ''modern'' high quality gt3 wheel like this is still missing.... meanwhile there are 3 versions of F1 wheels xD they did at an early ACC promotion event something like this.... and the Mclaren GT3 wheel was already out there xD
You can configure it with multiple quick releases. With Buchfink Q1R and Ascher magnetic shifters it costs 800. There's also a cheaper option with 3D printed shifters and yeah... The thrustmaster QR ^^
Little Feedback regarding Fanatec-Support @DomB : Unfortunately my P1 Wheel broke and contacting Fanatec Support online (incl. pics) I decided to check out the Livechat-Option, instead of requesting a regular ticket., got a very easy guy called Phillip on the Line and within the hour I had everything needed to get my package off the ground - definitely recommended Let's see how long it takes...
With the introduction of the F1 wheels a new encoder option was added via the firmware - In the MPS FNC on the wheel settings the F1 wheels were given the option "INC" (and auto) - This new options allows for Assetto Corsa and Raceroom to use the encoders. The Mclaren wheel does not have this update yet. Any chance we can get this function added? Would be great for people wanting to use the rotary encoders.
