Might sound strange, but check "Device Manager" on windows for any USB errors. Try unplugging most USB devices and try to launch, then use process of elimination to determine which maybe causing an issue (if it launches that is). I had a problem recently where it wouldn't launch a lot, sometimes it would. Sometimes it would also take 5 minutes to launch. Overall, lots of strange goings on. Turned out to be a USB hub driver related issue that Win 10 updated. I guess it relates to the game scanning for devices to use on startup.
I've had to wait a long time for the game to load... sometimes it helps to reboot the router. I've just moved my router much closer to my sim. Seems ok but not sure if this is the solution. (I shortened my cable by 75%)
Strange, personally not had any problems other than that one time, mentioned above. Other than that it loads quick and is very stable.
Any chance that in the past you have turned on a compatibility option in Windows for the executable? i.e RRRE64.exe > Compatibility [√] Disable full-screen optimisations I know such was talked about regarding stuttering in games for Win 10 in various places, but it seems to prevent R3E from launching.
I had a look at the compatibility in Win 10 and had the same issue with not starting RRE until I removed it again.
same issue here, started yesterday, i have: reinstalled windows, graphics drivers, steam and the game, the game does not load and stays in 50 - 60 mb loaded state in task manager in processes... the discord channel called help is useless, the company has no QA department and yet they require our money for a poor service.... I am upset and angry because these issues are not addressed.... big disappointment!
instead of complaining how about you give us your spes , cpu, gpu memory , os .... any logs thegame throws and any error codes what antivirus and any other info you may think is relevant Andi
complaining? i am stating the facts. do you work for them? do you want to help? put yourself in my shoes, if you have a problem, if you are upset would you appreciate a response to your sadness as complaining? I have no log file because the game has not launched at all since yesterday (has not launched on the old windows and has not launched on the new different windows) no antivirus. if you still want to help, here are my specs: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 2/2/2019, 15:21:59 Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.150202-1526) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. the game starts but crashes in the loading screen after ipconfig /release + ipconfig /renew. i am now checking the game integrity and then I will restart.... UPD: the game loads and runs well on 32 bit after integrity check crashes only on 64bit launch
Hi, playing for a while, but my old grafic card crashed, installed a new one GTX 1070 8GB TI. R3E is the only game I couldn't launch, rf2, acc, pc2 all are starting in vr. I click the button and nothing happens. Any ideas. Thanks in advance. Edith: Fixed, but starting the game as an admin is weird.
I have fixed my issue after using cmd: ipconfig /release and after that ipconfig /renew + checking the game integrity twice, the first time it fixed the 32 bit, and the second fixed the 64 bit. I hope this helps others with errors like me. @Andi Goodwin I apologize for the tone, it seems I still have unwanted reactions when something breaks... (woip - work in progress....)
