And regarding the error, thats unrelated to the directX widgets. Its seems when the system tired to close all windowed widgets. What does the 2nd and 3rd word say (as they are in german)?
Hey Tobias! Thanks for the translation He usually uses it without issues, so then in this case the process must have been locked by some other process.
Hi Stefan, it would be possible for your program with -Flag status- insert a number in which Sector is yellow?
I remember doing this in rFactor and rFactor 2 as the data is there, that is, which sector is Yellow Flagged. As far as I know, this data is not available in the Sector3 Shared API. Would be nice if they add it
even the yellow flag stuff isn't in the API, never mind which sector. It might be possible to infer it with the opponent's speeds, positions, and pitlane flags. But this would be a huge amount of work and very error-prone (I did try, but quickly gave up)
So I found the possible issue with the FPS. Without the app running, I always get 60 FPS and with the app its the same for me as seen in image. Also, I am now color coding the driver name so that with a quick look you can see clearer... Do you guys think I should release this beta to public so that you guys see how it runs and if you get any issues? As if I see that this wont work well I'll just dump this part of the project as I don't want to waste time for nothing.....
When u ask me i dont need the part on the right side. Yes release it as public, its better i think. Thanks for your work.
You will be able to switch OFF/ON any of them but for now to test they are just ON. I do not want to do extra work if they are not popular and I want to see if people want them first....
The internally generated widgets that display of clutch, accelerator and brake is reversed, which confused a bit. Otherwise, a class program
I agree with Tarik regarding the distance to, i think that is unnecessary especially when you have relevant gap to on the left, its adding unneeded workload. As for the gap is it possible to have the player as the middle name so you have the split to 4 or 5 cars in front and behind rather than just to the cars infront.
Thanks As far as I know, in all games, when you press the pedals the indicators go up so not sure why its confusing..
I used to find this overlay very handy when i raced in iRacing. And like I said one will be able to switch if off so it wont show for you and it wont create any overhead
with me in the display vertically pedals throttle is left, brake in the middle and right clutch , but no matter, I need to be only the brake
Hi mate, I'm still now sure what you mean. The pedals widgets are separate and when you create a new dashboard you can move them around and save them to which place/postion you need... Maybe you can show me with an image?
Don't call yourself that dude, that's a harsh word. You did not know, which is something normal Let me know if you need any other help. Cheers
I thought about this yesterday and I felt it is more practical, less complex to do and will also put less work on rendering the data, so I went by your point and did the Timing and Relative Overlays this way. Cheers mate
